Full Time Licensed Supervisor/ Therapist
Located remotely and/or Oak Park and Downtown Chicago. Position is open to fully licensed clinicians with supervision experience. LCSW preferred.

Education and Growth: Every month we hold a practice wide meeting that includes educational opportunities (such as sex therapy education, de-colonizing mental health, fat-positive therapy, etc). We also have an optional monthly case consultation group, and optional biweekly couple therapy training. CEUs are provided through GTWC.
Anti-Racism: All clinicians in the practice who identify as white participate in a paid monthly processing group to address systemic racism. All clinicians who identify as POC receive monthly time off for self-care if they do not wish to attend the White Accountability group.

Build up a caseload of clients you love from our abundant intake. A full-time caseload is considered seeing 20 clients per week.
Participate in weekly supervision if not fully licensed. Attend our monthly all-staff meeting and optional consultation groups.
Maintain prompt and professional therapy documentation within 48 hours of your sessions.

Receive monthly consultation with a seasoned supervisor at GTWC
BCBS PPO or HMO Health Insurance with option to add dental and vision (50% paid by company)
“Self-managed” PTO with expectation to take off 2-3 weeks per year
Vanguard Simple IRA with 3% matching
$25k voluntary life insurance
Short-Term Disability insurance (up to 11 weeks)
$100/year CEU stipend

Build up a caseload of clients you love from our abundant intake in order to meet your internship hours.
Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision with Brittney Brooks, MFT. Attend our monthly all-staff meeting and optional consultation groups.
Maintain prompt and professional therapy documentation within 48 hours of your sessions.
Meet our internship Levels 1, 2, and 3 by completing special projects and presentations that show your skills, and can earn you a job with the practice at the end of your time as an intern.
